Dear Judy:

 

          Enclosed are the signed copy of the facility rental agreement, a check of $1,175 for rental deposit, a copy of the Certificate of Liability Insurance, and a room setup request.  We would like to request the lunch service to be provided to 300 guaranteed guests, and we understand the food prepared will be enough for the guaranteed guests plus 10% additional people (a total of 330 persons).

 

          We would need the conference rooms and the lecture halls to be set and equipped as shown in the attached table.  In addition to the listed special equipment needs, we would expect each room to have a white or black board, markers or chalks, erasers, an overhead projector and a screen.  If you have any problems with the listed needs, please let me know in advance.

 

          In addition, we would like to have a conference center staff or a technical support staff on site during the progress of our event to ensure timely problem solving.  As I mentioned in a phone conversation with you, we plan to be on campus at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 24, to post signs outside each conference room and around the campus.  We would appreciate to have 8 poster stands left on the first floor of the Argyros Forum for us to use.
