Through this class, you will discover for yourself how to deal with change, so that you can enjoy less stress and more success in your study and in your life. Change is a fact of life. Change is both inevitable and necessary. You will learn how to make the change work for you and help change the changes if there is a better way.  How can you react as a positive force during a period of change? Get all facts about a change. Make sure you understand it before reacting. Consider what other changes might be useful in opening up opportunities.

Remember: Without change there can be no breakthroughs, without breakthrough there can be no future.

The Strategic Planning Process is used to select the goals and strategies of a team or organization. It assists in selecting policies and programs for action and for readjusting original goals and repositioning original strategies. The process includes the following elements:

The members of a team share a common goal and objective to working together to achieve it.   Forming a new team, establishing ground rules for working together is one of the first things needs to be done. We will learn techniques and skills to build a team out of a collection of individuals.  The phases in developing a team: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing.                                                  
A mature and visionary leader who leads rather than pushes, is not overly controlling, and has a team orientation.  A leader should be flexible, positive, and enthusiastic, and even-tempered.  A leader have a professional presence and be articulate and, a strategic thinker.    A leader should also be credible, fair, ethical, problem solver a “people person” and have a sense of humor.
